By accessing the ThriveQuest app, website, or related services (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ThriveQuest provides wellness and educational content, including videos, lessons, PDF resources, tracking tools, and community features. All content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ThriveQuest.

4. Account Registration

You agree to:

• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

5. Payments (One-Time Purchase)

Access to ThriveQuest is granted through a one-time purchase. There are:
• No subscriptions
• No recurring charges
• No automatic renewals

Payments are processed securely by Stripe or the respective app stores.
We do not collect or store your credit card information.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the payment at the time of purchase.

6. Refund Policy (No Refunds After Access)

All purchases are non-refundable once you gain access to any program content. This includes:
• Videos
• PDFs
• Trackers
• Lessons
• Digital resources
• Community content

We do not offer partial or prorated refunds under any circumstances.

If you purchased ThriveQuest through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests must be submitted through that platform’s refund system.
We are not permitted to process or issue refunds for Apple or Google purchases.

7. Use of the Service

You agree not to:
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute program content
• Sell, resell, or commercialize access
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract code
• Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes

All content is protected by copyright belonging to French Peonies LLC.

8. Intellectual Property

You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to access the content.
You may not reproduce, share, or distribute materials without written permission from French Peonies LLC.

9. Health Disclaimer

ThriveQuest provides general wellness information.
It does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
Use the content at your own discretion and consult your physician as needed.

10. Third-Party Services

We may rely on third-party tools or integrations (including Passion.io, Stripe, analytics services, and Zapier).
These services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

11. User-Generated Content

If you participate in discussions or submit content:
• You retain ownership of your contributions
• You grant us a license to display them inside the Service
• You are responsible for the information you share

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Payments fail or are reversed

Terminated users are not entitled to refunds.

13. Limitation of Liability
