About Anne

Sovereignty is calm authority. It is not dominance. It is alignment.

French by birth and global by experience, I have lived across three continents and moved through cultures shaped by very different belief systems. That experience trained me to question what is presented as truth and to look for what actually works. I learned to recognize patterns early, to sense when a system is misaligned, and to build structure where there is confusion.

I am a pattern recognition strategist. I apply that methodology across domains: business analysis, product curation, and the design of systems for women navigating midlife. The engine is always the same: find the friction, identify the structural cause, build the path forward.

At forty-eight, that skill became personal.

My mind was not as sharp. My sleep was broken. My emotional stability felt unfamiliar. My life was full and demanding, which made it harder to see clearly. I refused to treat it as a mystery or a flaw. I began studying what happens in the female body before menopause, the metabolic shifts, the hormonal rewiring, the neurological and emotional changes that ripple through identity itself. What I found was not weakness. It was a transition. Powerful, layered, biological transition.

ThriveQuest was built from that understanding. It is the structure I created so women do not have to feel destabilized before they feel informed. Because when you understand what is happening in your body, you stand differently inside it.

The Inquiry Behind ThriveQuest

Biological Systems

Understanding how metabolism, hormones, and neurological changes interact — not as isolated markers, but as a synchronized transition.

Emotional Architecture

Mapping how nervous-system shifts influence emotions, reactivity, stability, and relational patterns. What women call "mood swings" often has a deeper structural rhythm.

Identity Transitions

How cognitive, emotional, and biological transitions reshape identity, boundaries, desire, sense of self, and decision-making.

A Structured
Cross-Domain Method

ThriveQuest is built as a sequential framework to guide you to differentiate signal from noise.

If you start with emotional work before biological literacy, the signal gets distorted.
If you chase beauty before sovereignty, you stabilize identity around appearance.

This method integrates scientific research, behavioral insights, nervous-system understanding, and pattern recognition into one structured, navigable path.

Background & Expertise

For years I have studied:

  • Metabolic, hormonal, and neurological transitions

  • Emotional regulation and nervous-system dynamics

  • The intersection of biology and identity

  • I build frameworks that help women think clearly when everything feels unstable.

ThriveQuest is not for women looking for a quick fix. It is for women who want to understand fully and be in charge of what comes next.

If you want clarity, here is the structure.

If you prefer trial and error, that is an option too.
